📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital personnel • Support sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and accounts • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products • Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding product use • Share clinical knowledge of products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques • Train physicians and staff on company products • Provide case support, including operating room and procedure support • Communicate product, clinical, and market information to sales, marketing, and R&D teams • Provide troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products • Perform patient follow-up to support successful use of implanted products • Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Set territory strategy and collaborate with regional clinical education and field engineering peers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment • 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices • Operating room experience • Ability to provide clinical and technical expertise on neuromodulation products • Ability to educate and train physicians and staff • Ability to provide operating room/procedure support • Ability to troubleshoot, program, and support implanted products • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently • Ability to adapt to new opportunities, challenges, and unexpected developments
