📋 Description

• Provide technical and clinical training in person and virtually to maximize product utilization, upgrades, growth, and adoption • Align territory clinical training needs with commercial business goals using Strategic Account Management principles • Interact with physicians, nurses, operating room staff, and clinical staff to increase product and procedural knowledge • Ensure installation and adoption of equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites • Coordinate with Field Service and Sales Representatives for installation training and ongoing surgical support • Document site visits in the CRM tool within 48 hours • Address product problems and adverse events with Medical Safety, including root cause analysis and physician feedback • Collaborate with FSEs, Commercial Team, Service Operations, and Clinical Team on installations, site support, troubleshooting, and calibration calls • Deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention/adoption activities • Support convention demonstrations, medical congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars, and wet-labs • Respond to unsolicited information requests about Alcon medical devices according to SOPs and compliance guidelines • Provide product clinical performance feedback to R&D • Refer inquiries about unapproved technology uses to appropriate individuals • Cross-train on Alcon products • Complete administrative duties including expense reporting, Veeva assignments, CAS Dashboard review, and data integrity compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs) • Fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English • 2 Years of Relevant Experience • Achieve clinical certifications to meet requirements and scope of responsibilities • Ability to travel 80% • Ability to support Alcon Cataract and/or Refractive Surgical products • Compliance with SOPs, Ethics and Compliance Guidelines, and approved communication plans • Ability to complete administrative duties including expense reporting, Veeva assignments, CAS Dashboard review, and data integrity compliance
