📋 Description

• Provide technical and clinical training, both in-person and virtually, on approved Alcon products • Align territory clinical training needs with commercial business goals • Interact with physicians, nurses, Operating Room and clinical staff to increase product and procedural knowledge • Ensure installation and adoption of equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites • Coordinate with Field Service and Sales Representatives on clinical training and ongoing surgical support • Document each site visit in the CRM tool within 48 hours • Address product problems and adverse events with Medical Safety, including root cause analysis and physician feedback • Collaborate with FSEs, Commercial Team, Service Ops and Clinical Team on installations, site support and troubleshooting • Deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention/adoption activities • Support convention demonstrations, Medical Congresses, fellowships, conferences, exhibits, seminars and wet-labs • Respond to unsolicited requests for information about Alcon medical devices according to SOPs and compliance guidelines • Provide feedback to R&D on clinical product performance • Refer inquiries about unapproved technology uses to appropriate individuals • Cross-train on Alcon products • Complete administrative duties, including expense reporting, Veeva assignments, CAS Dashboard review and data integrity compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs) • 2 Years of Relevant Experience • Fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English • Ability to provide technical and clinical training in-person and virtually • Presentation skills • Ability to interact with physicians, nurses, Operating Room and clinical staff • Ability to achieve clinical certifications required for the scope of responsibilities • Ability to travel 80% • Compliance with SOPs and Ethics and Compliance Guidelines • Ability to complete administrative duties, expense reporting, Veeva assignments, CAS Dashboard review and data integrity compliance
