📋 Description

• Provide primary clinical support to sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and hospital and physician accounts • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital personnel • Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise on company products • Share clinical knowledge of products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff • Provide case support, including operating room and procedure support • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D personnel to communicate product, clinical, and market information • Support product improvements • Serve as the primary clinical support resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up • Perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products • Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Set territory strategy and collaborate with regional clinical education and field engineering peers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment • 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices • Operating room experience • Ability to provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff • Ability to support product demonstrations, patient care, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up • Ability to visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Highly proactive, self-motivated, resilient problem solver • Ability to understand customer needs and adapt sales approach • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently • Ability to identify opportunities or challenges and adjust strategy
