📋 Description

• Conduct pre- and post-implementation workflow assessments in radiology departments • Identify operational challenges, diagnostic delays, and opportunities to improve clinical and operational efficiency • Develop and document clinical workflow strategies supporting adoption and optimization of PACS, RIS, and clinical reporting solutions • Act as a clinical subject matter expert during customer engagements • Guide radiologists, clinicians, department directors, and clinical administrators through change management • Lead clinical training for radiologists, technologists, and clinical administrators • Partner with implementation and technical teams to align product configurations with facility workflows, protocols, and user preferences • Serve as the primary clinical workflow resource for complex implementations from kick-off through go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation support • Maintain workflow assessments, future-state workflow designs, and training plans in project or ticketing systems • Contribute to continuous improvement of Service and Delivery clinical workflow methods, support processes, and knowledge base • Support key customers with updates and guidance to sustain adoption and positive clinical relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience including a clinical or radiology background (required) • 5+ years of experience in radiology and diagnostic imaging environments, including clinical consulting, workflow optimization, and customer-facing support for healthcare technology or medical imaging solutions (required) • ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology and completion of an accredited radiologic sciences program (required) • Deep clinical and technical understanding of radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM standards, and clinical reporting platforms (required) • Experience implementing medical imaging software or clinical decision-support systems (required) • Demonstrated ability to engage senior healthcare leaders on clinical workflow assessment, optimization, and adoption outcomes (required) • Proven experience guiding clinical teams through software transitions and workflow redesign (required) • Strong communication skills, including translating software capabilities into clinical language for radiologists and operational leaders (required) • Experience leading change management activities such as stakeholder engagement, workflow adoption, training, and communication planning (required) • Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare sales cycles, clinical demonstrations, or pre-sales workflow discovery (preferred) • Must follow applicable laws, DeepHealth policies, data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards • Must be available for regular scheduled work and maintain satisfactory attendance
