• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the CT modality • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians achieve optimal performance from GE Healthcare equipment • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel aligned with Sales Order Agreements • Collaborate with sales, project management, and service organization teams to coordinate customer training • Deliver on-site or remote clinical education to drive revenue realization • Complete documentation requirements from pre-training through post-training • Provide post-installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication • Communicate product and customer concerns or opportunities to management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support • Support clinical and technical issue resolution and improvements to product offerings
• Associate degree plus CT Modality certification • 3+ years' experience as a CT Technologist • Must live in the territory or be willing to relocate to Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; or the Southern Rocky Region • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment • Willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4–5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) within the US via car, air travel, train, and other transportation • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE Healthcare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Desired: 10+ years' clinical experience • Desired: 3+ years' experience using GE CT equipment
