📋 Description

• Function as TEG product line Clinical Advisor to customers and drive utilization and expansion at existing customer sites within the defined territory • Support account management sales processes through clinical education and ongoing case support • Grow sales in existing accounts and support new account go-lives • Manage the territory for the existing TEG customer base • Increase product usage and expand the customer base through clinical education and revenue growth • Train new and existing customers on all product and clinical aspects of the TEG line • Provide onsite support in laboratory, critical care, operating room, and other clinical areas • Ensure customers can independently, safely, and efficiently operate TEG equipment, software, and related disposables and interpret TEG results • Provide clinical expertise to establish the TEG product line as standard of care within accounts, leveraging CRM tools and market data • Develop clinician relationships, provide didactic education and grand rounds presentations, support cases, take end-user calls, and host market development events • Visit hospital accounts, identify and train clinical champions, and establish relationships with key decision makers • Provide dedicated onsite support for new customers going live, including after-hours support • Investigate and resolve technical, operational, and clinical customer concerns with cross-functional teams • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, professional societies, and conferences • Maintain customer and territory records in the CRM tool • Support VAD/ECMO, Trauma, CV, high-risk obstetrics, liver transplant, vascular, and critical care clinicians • Help customers tailor product training materials and needs • Understand competition and convert existing-account opportunities to TEG business • Collaborate with Account Managers on account expansion and quarterly/monthly revenue forecasting • Provide regional and national tradeshow support • Drive demand for device, software, and add-on device upgrades • Support laboratory installation, validation, verification, training, competency, SOP, IQCP development, donor sourcing, logistics, ordering, and interfacing needs • Prospect and develop multi-level relationships, including C-level relationships, within the territory • Participate in product development, market needs, quality investigations, and launches while providing feedback to sales, marketing, and R&D • Carry out supervisory responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, training, developing, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and resolving complaints and problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) in Nursing (RN) or related Clinical field of Study • 3+ years industry or clinically related experience, preferably in complex medical devices and/or critical care environment • Demonstrated written communication skills • Strong verbal communication and listening skills • Ability to convince and proven experience in driving product adoption • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clinicians at a high level • Strong project management and solid organization skills • Knowledge of hemostasis management required • Strong technical/clinical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products, including running the TEG® Analyzer, understanding application of results, and manipulating the software • Ability to travel domestically approximately 25% • Ability to perform the listed physical demands, including lifting/moving up to 10 pounds and exposure to blood
