📋 Description

• Provide advanced clinical sales support for Optowire and SavvyWire • Support adoption of current and future products within the Sensor-Guided Technology market • Provide case coverage within the assigned territory, including complex cases requiring advanced clinical expertise • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure strong case coverage and clinical outcomes • Serve as the primary clinical resource for coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education • Discuss product, therapy, and technology developments with customers • Link clinical data to key messaging • Identify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints and provide product-based solutions • Communicate account information and insights to the sales team daily • Share competitive product and account intelligence with colleagues • Educate customers on proper clinical use and product benefits • Oversee local education and training activities, including program coordination, procedural troubleshooting, and staff education • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and staff • Support product inventory monitoring • Lead reviews of challenging or complex cases • Lead and develop content for Regional and/or Area clinical calls • Support the Regional Sales Director in creating and distributing internal educational content • Host new team members for observational learning or informal shadowing as needed • Informally mentor newer team members and support skill development • Report to the Regional Clinical Manager and partner with the Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical Teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent medical training required • 2+ years of direct healthcare experience in Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, or similar • 2 years of medical device industry experience • Strong clinical orientation with experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery • Health science background and appropriate registrations or certifications such as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant preferred • Advanced knowledge of assigned company products and services, clinical evidence, and disease states • Strong understanding of sales strategy and business/sales acumen • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to influence clinicians, nurses, and lab technicians • Ability to communicate the Sensor-Guided Technology Value Proposition persuasively • Analytical ability and financial acumen • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters • Attention to detail for maintaining records and processing reports • Thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and territory customer base • Previous cardiovascular industry experience preferred, including calling on Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, administrators, and clinical staff • Structural Heart industry experience, with preference for TAVR experience, preferred • Experience providing clinical education and training preferred • Knowledge of MS Office systems • Values teamwork and collaboration
