📋 Description

• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services • Assist with expansion and business retention of potential and existing clinical customers with the Medline salesforce • Partner with salesforce on product conversions and implementations • Assist sales in local territories and at national/corporate account level • Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews, and observations • Conduct clinical and utilization reviews to identify waste, standardization opportunities, and clinical practice adjustments • Contribute customer insight to new product development and improvements to existing products • Engage in professional organizations and attend national, regional, and local industry events

🎯 Requirements

• RN - Nursing Bachelor's Degree (CNOR certification preferred) or Certified Surgical Technologist • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in the operating room required • Cross-functional experience in ancillary procedural areas such as the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), Sterile Processing (SPD), Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery preferred • Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvement • Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively to meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel by air/auto up to 75% of the time for business purposes, within state and out of state • Ability to work in office settings and medical facilities • Availability for non-traditional work hours during in-services, including weekends and multiple work shifts
