• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs • Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders • Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements using deep scientific and clinical expertise • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences • Evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution • Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in customer interactions • Complete required training and follow company policies and OEC/Legal procedures • Continuously develop clinical, business, and leadership capabilities • Serve as the strategic leader of the territory, supporting CLL and NHL oncology product objectives and improving patient outcomes • Report to the Senior District Manager
• 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics • Demonstrated exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership • Competitive selling skills • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Persistence and grit with a strong track record in challenging environments • Personal auto or company car/truck • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements • Ability to regularly travel by air or car • Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, potentially including background checks, drug screens, and immunization/vaccination proof • Oncology experience, preferably in hematologic malignancies (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Account Management experience in any industry (preferred) • Specialty Pharmacy experience (preferred) • Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies (preferred) • People management or other leadership experience (preferred) • MBA or other advanced degree (preferred)
