📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between business finance users and Business Technical Support • Act as subject matter expert for business systems and related processes across Finance functional areas, affiliates, and sites • Ensure SAC application incidents are triaged and business system operations run smoothly • Lead month-end close systems processes, including timely data feeds, data validation, and incident remediation • Coordinate with subject matter experts in BPC and SAC and FP&A teams • Support AA Global HQ, the US organization in Irvine, AA LATAM, and AA International as needed during financial reporting cycles • Provide training and hands-on Financial Planning systems/template support to end users • Liaise with Business and Technical Support Project Managers for SAC testing and data validation during deployments • Coordinate communication between support leads and areas, affiliates, and sites during deployments • Lead incident remediation and communicate with users to resolve questions • Lead process optimization initiatives with the FP&A organization • Work with SAC, BPC, BIP, and SAP systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology Systems-related field • Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience • 3–5 years of prior experience in a strategic/analytical role • Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Willingness to travel 25%
