📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives supporting organic and inorganic growth • Evaluate mergers and acquisitions and provide diligence support • Develop pricing and packaging strategies • Build business cases for new products or markets • Partner with business leaders and the executive team on unit economics and ROI analyses • Evaluate build-versus-buy and partnership decisions • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on high-priority initiatives • Drive initiatives from analysis through executive recommendation • Build AI-enabled reporting frameworks and dashboards • Improve real-time visibility into strategic growth initiatives • Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for financial analysis, research, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of prior experience in strategic finance at a SaaS company, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development • AI-native mindset and proactive use of AI tools for research, modeling, and strategic analysis • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills • Successful completion of a modeling test • Ability to structure ambiguous, open-ended business problems into clear frameworks and recommendations • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills • Experience preparing materials for and presenting to senior leadership or a board • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective • Self-starter with a bias to action • Proactive problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
