📋 Description

• Develop reports and analysis on various loan portfolios for concentration analysis, portfolio performance, and related processes • Provide support for credit analytics, reporting, data mining, methodologies, and reserving requirements • Analyze and report on credit memo and write-off activity • Monitor and communicate credit concerns to management • Support documentation for internal and external stakeholders and effective change management • Identify and execute process improvement and standardization opportunities across business lines • Drive standard definitions for key data elements and support data consistency, availability, and quality projects • Support technology solutions that reduce manual processes, enhance controls, improve cycle times, and increase consistency • Collaborate with leadership on data capture, reporting, and forecasting processes • Conduct targeted portfolio-risk studies and recommend changes to data improvement, portfolio settings, and key parameters • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • 3+ years experience • Experience in quantitative methods/techniques, statistics, predictive modeling, data science or other analytical disciplines • Experience with lending software, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Oracle BI, Tableau, Microsoft Access, or similar applications preferred • Credit Risk Management work experience, inclusive of loss forecasting within a regional financial institution preferred • Written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Driven and self-directed yet collaborative in approach • Strong business and technical acumen and ability • Solid understanding of lending practices and processes
