📋 Description

• Serve as the financial leader for approximately 30 client businesses • Review financial statements and identify opportunities for improvement • Build forecasts, budgets, cash flow strategies, and KPI dashboards • Improve pricing, margins, cash flow, and operational profitability • Partner with owners on strategic growth decisions and financial accountability • Help businesses become less reactive and more financially disciplined • Build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners • Advise small and mid-sized law firms within a structured portfolio model

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience • At least 10 years specifically advising or leading finance for small to mid-sized businesses with approximately $1M–$35M+ in revenue • Direct experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously in a CFO, Fractional CFO, Outsourced CFO, Virtual CFO, Business Advisor, or similar role • Track record advising or partnering directly with founders/business owners of small to mid-sized companies • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills • Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional leadership experience • Applicants must currently reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Experience in service-based industries, full ownership of financial strategy, and helping organizations scale beyond founder dependence are advantageous
