📋 Description

• Maintain and extend the company's financial model, revenue forecasting, expense tracking, cash flow projections, and runway analysis • Prepare and maintain board reporting packages with operating metrics, financial performance, and pipeline analysis • Support fundraising with investor-grade financial models, scenario analyses, and data room preparation • Track company-level unit economics, including CAC, LTV, gross margin by segment, and contribution margin by hospital • Own the annual budget process and periodic reforecasting alongside the Director of Finance • Build and maintain financial reporting and analytics in Sigma, including management reporting, KPI dashboards, and self-service views • Build EBITDA lift models and unit economics frameworks for enterprise prospects • Develop custom financial proposals for corporate veterinary networks • Model enterprise revenue recognition mechanics, including ASC 606 allocation, consumption-based recognition, straight-line amortization, and breakage timing • Build pricing scenarios and rebate structures for enterprise negotiations • Join customer conversations to address questions about incrementality and ROI • Analyze portfolio performance data, including pre-post spend lift, visit frequency, cancellation rates, breakage, and payment capture • Report to the Director of Finance and collaborate with founders and leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a finance role at a SaaS or healthtech company • Strong SQL fluency, including writing queries against a warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake • Working fluency in at least one BI tool: Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI • Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills • Understanding of SaaS economics, including ARR, retention, LTV, CAC, and related accounting concepts • Familiarity with or willingness to learn ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and subscription billing mechanics • Comfort presenting financial analysis to external audiences, including enterprise CFOs and procurement teams • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets across multiple sources • Experience with Stripe, QuickBooks, or similar billing and accounting platforms is a plus • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and vocabulary, including ARR, retention, CAC, LTV, payback, magic number, and rule of 40
