📋 Description

• Build and perform complex financial analysis covering site and service line historical performance, projected future results, opportunities and risks • Assist in the budget process by working with business leaders to identify trends and quantify financial impacts • Prepare pricing models and analysis for contract amendments and renewals • Partner with the Business Development team to drive organic growth and develop pro forma models for new business opportunities • Work with Clinical and Operations leaders to ensure financial statements reflect operational activities and contract terms • Assist with monthly operating reviews and explain financial variances to service line leadership • Work across hospital medicine, emergency medicine, critical care and anesthesia service lines • Report to the Director of Finance and interact with senior finance, business development and operations leaders

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required • Strong background in Microsoft Excel required • Strong understanding of finance and accounting, including financial statements, return on investment, and variance analysis • Highly analytical, detail oriented and organized • Proven ability to develop, define and execute complex financial analysis • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and ability to execute work across numerous functional areas • 3–5 years related experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting or consulting
