📋 Description

• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business functions • Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders to improve financial processes • Develop and maintain SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions • Deliver timely and reliable insights for business planning and decision-making • Support continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, and long-range planning • Participate in development projects, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, reconciliation, system testing, user acceptance testing, and production cutover • Improve the user experience through training documentation and end-user support • Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and procedures in compliance with internal control policies • Support process automation with current and future application flows • Send downstream system monthly corporate adjustment files for monthly and quarterly consolidation • Support SAP BPC/SAC planning, including sourcing actuals, reconciliation, and data analytics • Test technical patches, upgrades, and system/application migrations • Support financial planning activities involving employee FTEs and contractors, internal orders, and WBS reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, or Accounting preferred • 7+ years of experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business functions • Strong analytical and technical skills • Understanding of finance, including planning, forecasting, and the accounting close process • SAP BPC experience required • Knowledge of SAP Settlement processes required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels • Ability to understand the needs of various business teams • Excellent problem-solving skills, including innovative and creative solutions • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills
