📋 Description

• Develop and support portfolio nursing strategy and tactical plans for the Oncology Nurse Educator field team • Translate brand and portfolio strategies into field priorities, plans, milestones, and execution requirements across three hematology franchises • Support creation of above-brand nursing strategy and tactics for HCP and nurse education across the therapy lifecycle • Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Partner with Field Operations on tools, processes, systems, reporting, training, and infrastructure • Represent the Oncology Nurse Educator organization in cross-functional planning and build business cases for resources and support • Identify field needs, barriers, and opportunities and mobilize resources to address them • Use field data, customer insights, and performance trends to inform priorities and recommendations • Lead complex cross-functional projects from strategy through implementation • Develop communications and executive presentations to create alignment and engage field partners • Identify and implement technology, automation, analytics, and AI opportunities • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure activities meet AbbVie standards • Benchmark and continuously improve Oncology Nurse Educator ways of working, capabilities, and infrastructure • Travel up to 30%-50%, depending on residence location

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred • 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience • Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred • Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field effectiveness experience preferred • Strong clinical patient management experience • Oncology clinical acumen and understanding of hematology/oncology treatment, nursing practice, healthcare environments, and the pharmaceutical industry • Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution and use data and insights to prioritize resources • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead across cross-functional teams • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, prioritization, and execution skills • Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements • Proficiency with technology, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental • Located in the US, preferably near a metropolitan airport • Ability to satisfy applicable health care industry credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination, fingerprinting, and specific state or city licenses
