📋 Description

• Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives across the NYC Metro region • Shape and execute strategies supporting AbbVie’s leadership in Multiple Myeloma • Drive exceptional customer engagement and key account management • Ensure compliant promotional execution • Coach, provide feedback to, and develop team members • Translate strategy into clear priorities and disciplined execution • Serve as an expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the evolving hematology/oncology marketplace • Execute brand strategy locally to positively impact the business • Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, trust, accountability, and personal growth • Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact • Lead Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 7+ years of experience within pharma/biotech • Oncology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies • History of consistently delivering top results • Ability to inspire and motivate teams • Understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to lead without authority with cross-functional teams • Ability to coach Clinical Account Executives through clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and accountability • Data application, critical thinking, business insight, and sound judgment • Ability to adapt quickly and lead through uncertainty and evolving business environments • Driving a personal auto or company car or truck • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
