📋 Description

• Prepare monthly TPM product and project accruals, reclassifications, and cost allocation journal entries with Finance Shared Services • Analyze financial drivers for the Aseptic Fill and Conjugation portfolio affecting U.S. and international actuals • Ensure financial reporting complies with AbbVie policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and U.S. GAAP • Coordinate and consolidate reporting for Actuals, Plans, Updates, LBE, and LRP cycles • Review and explain product variances, project expenses, and headcount trends across planning cycles • Support development and application of standards for Aseptic Fill and Conjugation products • Provide financial support and decision-making guidance to functional business partners • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and business objectives • Participate in annual physical inventory counts at third-party manufacturing sites • Perform monthly inventory reconciliations for AbbVie’s consigned inventory at third-party manufacturers • Support internal controls and compliance in financial and inventory-related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with BPC, SAP, Power BI, or Workiva is a plus • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Excellent attention to detail
