📋 Description

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections • Make trade-offs across customer value, revenue, risk, and engineering complexity • Build customer and market understanding through operator feedback, competitive insight, and product data • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM • Drive improvements across subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, payment recovery, and automation • Define product metrics and use experimentation and analytics to guide decisions • Measure impact on payment success, involuntary churn, recovery, adoption, and cost efficiency • Deliver reliable billing and collections experiences for gym operators and their members

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience • Track record of owning complex products from strategy through launch • Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related domain • Strong customer empathy, business judgment, and analytical skills • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product bets and measurable outcomes • Cross-functional leadership across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience or knowledge of subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, risk/fraud, API-based platforms, or data/AI-powered product capabilities is especially valuable
