📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital customers before, during, and after purchase • Communicate via phone, email, and presentation materials, equipping clients with tools and knowledge for success • Monitor existing client performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance sales and revenue • Recruit additional users within client offices • Address client challenges and provide company solutions • Collaborate with marketing to share customer feedback and insights • Support conference logistics and other field engagement • Manage inbound customer requests • Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service • Maintain and increase customer satisfaction based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Recruiting, Marketing, or Sales experience preferred but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong phone etiquette with customers • Strong problem-solving and time-management capabilities • “Can do” and “can do now!” attitude • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills • Strong computer skills • Strategic thinker able to identify problem patterns, ideate solutions, and execute to completion • Ability to present, communicate, and work effectively with internal teams • Strong team player • Comfortable with outbound cold calling, confidently engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and converting conversations into qualified opportunities
