📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of underperforming process servers, tracking their metrics daily and identifying trends before they become bigger problems • Reach out proactively to disengaged or underperforming servers to understand blockers and get jobs moving again • Deliver direct, actionable coaching and feedback — set clear expectations and specific timeframes for improvement • Hold servers accountable to performance benchmarks, following through consistently when expectations aren't met • Field questions and resolve day-to-day blockers that are preventing servers from completing jobs on time • Create a positive, engaging experience for servers even in tough performance conversations • Track and escalate recurring or systemic blockers to leadership • Partner with Recruiting when a server's territory needs additional coverage due to performance gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coaching, training, or managing performance (formal performance-management experience a plus) • High school diploma or GED required • Familiarity with legal processes is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with direct/difficult conversations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling insight from data and translating it into action
