📋 Description

• Develop and produce social media content, including short-form video, graphics, and carousels • Lead the social listening program by managing topics and queries and monitoring social channels and online communities • Translate share-of-voice data into actionable insights • Engage speech-language pathology and family communities daily • Track and report voice-of-customer feedback for product, content, and marketing decisions • Source and publish customer, family, and clinician stories • Build KPI dashboards, analyze performance, and demonstrate social media’s contribution to the marketing funnel • Use AI tools and analytics to increase content volume and velocity • Set efficiency benchmarks and determine when human-crafted creative best serves the brand • Collaborate with marketing and production teams on campaigns and social media programs • Complete additional tasks supporting social media strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology • 2+ years of professional experience in speech services or marketing • Hands-on content creation and design skills across major social platforms • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Experience managing a social media community in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare or medical devices • Ability to use social management and listening tools such as Sprout Social • Excellent written communication for clinical and family audiences • Understanding of assistive technology and AAC is a plus • Ability to work full-time, averaging 40 hours per week • Ability to perform routine office tasks, including desk work, keyboarding, and mouse use
