📋 Description

• Own a large, high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments and meet the 12-day time-to-value target • Manage go-live intake, activation, and follow-up through structured communication, guides, Abnormal Academy, and the customer portal • Conduct occasional one-off customer calls when needed • Monitor and triage deployment health daily across open deployments • Troubleshoot deployment blockers using internal runbooks • Escalate non-standard technical or relationship issues to Senior Professional Services Consultants, Support, or Engineering • Guide customers in activating purchased products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Help customers adopt platform best practices and realize full value • Identify blockers and coverage gaps early and escalate risks • Keep account teams aligned on status, risks, and next steps • Uphold quality standards and strengthen the Professional Services customer-satisfaction program

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates based on the West Coast • Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS products across large portfolios of customer environments • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud • Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC • Strong technical analysis skills for diagnosing and resolving complex deployment issues • Ability to explain complex technical steps clearly and actionably in writing to non-technical customers • Ability to manage a large, high-turnover volume of concurrent projects and meet fast deadlines • Experience using AI tools to templatize repeatable work • 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms in a high-growth environment • Experience in a high-volume, digital, or tech-touch delivery model preferred • Comfort with Salesforce/CRM and customer-success platforms such as Gainsight preferred • Knowledge of API use and integration processes preferred • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
