📋 Description

• Demonstrate the value and impact of the Impella® product portfolio to physicians and hospital staff • Advise Interventional Cardiologists and Surgeons on patient selection • Partner on training and attend implants • Provide comprehensive guidance on appropriate use of Impella® devices • Improve patient outcomes through education and medical staff interaction, including clinical demonstrations and ongoing training • Collect clinically relevant data and complete outcome reviews with customers • Communicate activities with team members and sales counterparts • Consult physicians and medical staff on appropriate device use and applications • Utilize Integrity Selling to drive Impella usage with physicians • Set up 1:1 physician meetings and conversations • Host physician and staff dinner programs • Collaborate with sales counterparts on awareness programs and franchise activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct RN/NP/PA or Reg Tech patient support in an ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab or Cardiovascular OR • 2+ years of commercial sales experience related to products and technologies utilized in the cardiovascular space • Ability to advance sales process with customers • Ability to work in a team environment • Availability to take call for emergent patient care • Experience delivering demonstrations and successful trainings • Ability to travel 50% within territory • Conduct duties and responsibilities in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing the medical device industry • Hands on Impella support experience strongly preferred • Experience as an Abiomed per diem preferred • RN License strongly preferred • ECMO experience • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to advocate with physicians • Experience delivering clinical training
