📋 Description

• Lead customer migrations from Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal AI • Understand customer migration objectives and execute structured delivery plans • Manage migration projects, including scope, timelines, quality assurance, and risk mitigation • Provide guidance on enterprise mail flow, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures • Advise on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace native security controls as replacements for SEG functionality • Guide email security policies, anti-phishing protections, and regulatory compliance • Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration mail flow issues • Apply and provide feedback on SEG displacement methodology and best practices • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams on deployment workflows • Provide regular project status updates and escalate risks to senior team members or leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree with 5–7 years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations • Experience with enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including SEG decommissioning • Strong knowledge of SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email routing in cloud and on-premise environments • Understanding of email security, filtering, threat protection, and DLP • Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance frameworks • Experience leveraging AI platforms such as Glean and Claude • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, including Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection, ATP, and Google Workspace Security • Experience with email routing through firewalls, proxies, and mail relays, including IP whitelisting, inbound/outbound mail rules, and secure connectors • Track record of delivering projects, balancing priorities, and coordinating across teams • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify migration risks, address roadblocks, and drive resolution • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical stakeholders and senior customer contacts • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
