• Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case • Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy • Independently assess case value, including reviewing QME reports and conducting depositions if necessary • Calculate demands, including Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, and Future Medical • Handle case negotiations and settlements • Travel to assigned trial locations as needed • Perform other duties as assigned
• 7+ years of legal Workers’ Compensation experience • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding settlement metric requirements • Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations • Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze legal documents on digital platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask effectively with minimal supervision • Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams) • Must reside in California
• Remote work option • Potential travel to assigned trial locations as needed
