📋 Description

• Support the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania personal injury caseload • Draft complaints and initial discovery • Forward complaints to process servers and monitor service of process • Draft discovery responses • Calendar and notice depositions and leaves of absence • Draft and file standard motions and motion responses • Calendar litigation timelines • Conduct status update calls with clients • Send and follow up on non-party discovery requests • Assist with trial preparation

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time Litigation Paralegal supporting New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania caseloads • Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury required • Experience drafting complaints and initial discovery • Personal injury law experience required; candidates without it should not apply • Experience forwarding complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process • Experience drafting discovery responses • Experience calendaring and noticing depositions and leaves of absence • Experience drafting and filing standard motions and motion responses • Experience calendaring litigation timelines • Experience conducting client status update calls • Experience sending and following up on non-party discovery requests • Experience assisting with trial preparation • Verified litigation experience • Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice experience preferred • PACFile e-filing experience preferred • Philadelphia Complex Litigation Center experience strongly preferred • Outgoing, energetic, self-starter attitude • Great customer service skills • Fast typing skills ideal • Ability to work in a fully digital firm
