📋 Description

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and deployment of AI and Lab Products • Drive interdisciplinary AI/ML, software engineering, structural biology, and screening science teams to build biologics design, optimization, and validation platforms • Bridge AI Research and Biologics Discovery Technology teams • Lead initiatives in AI-Guided Target Identification or AI-Guided Drug Design • Gather and synthesize product requirements and drive leadership alignment on product strategy • Own product roadmaps and make trade-off decisions across priorities and risk • Establish a cohesive product vision with managers and technical leads • Build roadmaps, backlogs, and execution plans; define OKRs and KPIs; track performance and adjust strategy • Lead product initiatives from conception through deployment and optimization, identifying and removing blockers • Conduct research with product teams and potential users • Drive product adoption and successful deployment in internal programs and external partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field • At least 5 years of professional experience working on production-grade software or technical product development • 3+ years of working or educational experience in AI/ML and/or Protein Engineering • Strong technical knowledge for collaboration with engineers and scientists • Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across diverse teams • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and accountability • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
