📋 Description

• Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and determine their mortgage needs • Explain loan options, terms, and conditions clearly to clients • Collect and review necessary documentation to process loan applications • Analyze credit reports, income, and assets to evaluate loan eligibility • Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure smooth loan approval process • Maintain a high level of customer service and follow-up throughout the loan lifecycle • Stay informed about current mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role in mortgage banking or lending • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending regulations, and compliance standards • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to analyze financial documents and assess creditworthiness • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficiency with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite • Valid NMLS license or willingness to obtain one if required by state regulations • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
