📋 Description

• Market residential mortgage loan products to real estate agents, prospective homebuyers and/or builder sales representatives • Spend 25% or more of the workday conducting marketing activities and closing business outside of the work-site, including home office • Originate loan applications while ensuring correct pricing, investor guideline fulfillment, and compliance with federal and state banking credit and non-discrimination regulations • Assist the processor in securing documentation required for loan approval • Review investor guidelines to remain current with FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, MHF, and individual investor requirements • Maintain high levels of customer service while managing applicants’ and support staff’s expectations • Proactively identify, develop, and maintain external relationships and centers of influence as referral sources

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience originating residential mortgages • Experience using a mortgage loan management system is required • Experience in originating loans for sale to FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA and/or CDA preferred • Encompass experience highly preferred • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Must work within one of the core locations: Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida
