📋 Description

• Serve as a technology partner for the Finance Corporate Function • Support operational priorities and drive intake, roadmap planning, solution design, and delivery of Finance initiatives • Support the IT–Business integration point for Finance by communicating priorities, releases, updates, and issues • Lead functional and UAT testing for Finance releases, including planning, script execution, and defect management • Serve as an escalation point for Finance application issues and coordinate timely resolution • Partner with Finance intake leads to capture, refine, and prioritize regulatory and functional requirements • Support updates to the Finance portion of the IT Enterprise Transformation Roadmap • Drive planning for major system changes and implementations • Work with Project Managers and Delivery Leads on solution planning and execution • Define MVP scope, inform release planning, and shape product direction for Finance-aligned initiatives • Apply Finance process knowledge to support solution design • Promote simplified, agile approaches that improve Finance delivery efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship • 3-5 years of experience in business requirements analysis, business process design and workflow optimization, agile methods and ceremonies, stakeholder management and communication, documentation and configuration management, solution design and functional architecture, and UAT and functional testing • Translate complex Finance needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria • Map and optimize Finance workflows • Create user stories and lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery • Facilitate intake discussions, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment • Develop requirement documents, functional specifications, and configuration support materials • Shape solution direction using Finance operations and technology patterns • Plan and execute UAT cycles, manage defects, and validate release readiness • Work authorization in the US without current or future visa sponsorship required • Bonus: Release and change management awareness • Bonus: JIRA proficiency • Bonus: Test planning tool familiarity • Bonus: Process simplification and workflow optimization experience • Bonus: Cross-functional collaboration experience • Bonus: Strong executive-level communication skills • Bonus: Experience with Deltek Costpoint, TM1, Cognos BI, ServiceNow, Blue Prism, Power BI Analytics, and advanced MS Office skills • Bonus: Excellent time management and organizational skills
