📋 Description

• Perform advanced geospatial analysis to support nationwide coverage reinvestment activities, including suitability models, geospatial overlays, multi-criteria assessments, and nationwide spatial evaluations to identify optimal AOI candidate locations • Manage, process, and analyze large ArcGIS datasets using scripts, automation, and advanced geoprocessing tools • Produce technically accurate maps, layers, models, and documentation packages for engineering, business, and investment decision-making across multi-state and national public safety programs • Integrate crowdsourced datasets, RAN-derived inputs, and third-party GIS sources to generate insights guiding AOI identification, prioritization, and justification • Develop, validate, and refine workflows for large datasets to ensure data integrity, repeatability, and auditability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required • Minimum of 8+ years of GIS analyst experience (a graduate certification or advanced degree may offset 1 year of experience) • Experience using ArcGIS, data management tools, and scripting to process large databases supporting GIS activities • Experience using ArcGIS Suitability Modeling on a nationwide basis to identify optimal locations aligned with specific goals • Demonstrated relevant knowledge and experience with multi-state and/or national public safety communications programs or projects • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving when handling large datasets within ArcGIS • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States • Preferred: Experience using crowdsourced data to produce insights that support investment activities • Preferred: Familiarity integrating diverse datasets (crowdsourced, RAN inputs, third-party GIS sources) for nationwide analysis
