📋 Description

• Provide frontline technical support to Milsoft customers • Install, troubleshoot, resolve problems, and maintain GIS and staking products and services • Resolve technical support inquiries through remote troubleshooting and diagnostics • Advise customers on system settings and configurations that improve software performance and user experience • Convert customer concerns and requests into detailed tickets with reproduction steps for the Development team • Translate operational and system processes into clear instructions and knowledge articles • Document all customer interactions in a support ticketing system • Adapt to new technologies and software functionality changes through continuous product release cycles • Uphold Milsoft’s values and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience/certification) • Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS Desktop/Pro required • Experience with ArcGIS Online is a plus • Understanding of coordinate systems and spatial file formats, including Shapefiles, Geodatabases, and GeoJSON • Familiarity with MultiSpeak or CIM standards for utility data integration is preferred • Experience with Python (ArcPy) or SQL queries for data management • Knowledge of cloud-based spatial data or Enterprise Geodatabases (SDE) is a plus • Effective verbal and written customer communication • Ability to provide support in a 24/7 environment, including after-hours on-call support • Ability to travel as required
