📋 Description

• Plan and deliver training courses on-site, regionally, and via webinar • Assess customer training needs in consultation with the Training Manager and other departmental heads • Develop assessment methods and measurement systems for relevant training needs • Create functional curricula for GIS products with the Training Manager • Schedule GIS product training • Assist with organizing and scheduling training venues, logistics, transportation, accommodations, equipment, and materials • Ensure training activities and materials remain relevant and current • Maintain ongoing knowledge of the GIS field • Uphold Milsoft’s values and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, team, and communication skills • ESRI experience preferred • Proficiency in understanding Milsoft’s software applications and deployment requirements • High capability to communicate software and deployment knowledge to others • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office products • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of three years in roles associated with training, curriculum development, product deployment, and/or related technical fields • Exceptional attention to detail with strong emphasis on goal achievement • Must be available to travel extensively • Maintains regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures
