📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and baseline complex project schedules • Track project status, identify schedule risks, and provide actionable reporting to project leadership • Manage the full deliverable lifecycle, including milestones, reviews, approvals, and submissions • Ensure compliance with program requirements and deadlines • Streamline PMO operations, including planning, documentation, and governance • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to maintain alignment with priorities and contracts • Use Power Platform-driven automation and data-rich reporting to keep projects on track and audit-ready

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project with experience creating and managing detailed schedules across complex efforts • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query for project reporting, forecasting, and audit-supporting metrics • Power Platform automation skills, including Power Apps, SharePoint, and flows • Deliverable and risk management expertise within large federal programs • Experience documenting requirements and meeting contractual milestones • Strong cross-functional coordination and communication capabilities • US Citizenship required • Applicants in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Preferred: experience supporting defense or federal contracts with large budgets and complex compliance needs • Preferred: background in quality assurance and process improvement, such as contributions to CMMI maturity achievements • Preferred: CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft MCSA BI Reporting certifications
