📋 Description

• Oversee fiduciary execution of a federal IT project from initiation through completion • Ensure alignment with Senior Operations Manager/Deputy Operations Manager goals and adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and burn-rate metrics • Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress • Manage resource allocation • Prepare project documentation, reports, and briefings • Collaborate effectively to support successful project delivery in a complex federal contracting environment

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sensitive operational and inter agency support, leadership and management, HUMINT, signature reduction support, infrastructure development, and risk management/reduction • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment • Experience managing IT projects, including infrastructure engineering initiatives • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies • Ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical personnel at all organizational levels • Must be a US Citizen • Must have a Top Secret Clearance • Work authorization in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
