📋 Description

• Lead functional design and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits functionality • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Benefits configurations and functional solutions • Design benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment logic, and contribution calculations aligned to payroll needs • Define, validate, and troubleshoot benefits-related data and deductions flow to payroll • Develop functional design documentation, configuration rationales, and supporting artifacts • Collaborate with payroll, technical, and integration teams • Support functional, integration, and end-to-end payroll testing • Identify and resolve functional issues related to Benefits configuration, contribution logic, and payroll integration • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, build validation, and deployment activities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP experience • 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience • Hands-on functional experience configuring Employee Central Benefits • Experience designing and implementing benefit plans supporting employee/employer contributions and payroll processing • Strong understanding of integration touchpoints between SuccessFactors Benefits and payroll • US Citizenship required • Eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States
