📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional agile teams to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements • Develop customized solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate • Design, code, and implement Power Platform applications aligned with business requirements and technical best practices • Write unit tests and confirm functionality meets acceptance criteria • Define development goals, estimates, and timelines for agile delivery planning • Test application stability, performance, and functionality throughout the development lifecycle • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including bugs and integration problems • Create technical documentation and deliver training to end users or project teams • Maintain application software integrity and security in accordance with enterprise standards

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (PL-400 or higher) • 3+ years of experience as a software developer using object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++), including at least 2 years of direct Java experience • 3+ years of experience working with low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.; direct Microsoft Power Platform experience strongly desired • 3+ years of experience developing on relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB) • 3+ years of data modeling experience, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects • 3+ years of experience developing with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) • 3+ years of experience using JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and working with APIs to support low-code/no-code solutions • 3+ years of experience working on agile delivery teams and performing testing, debugging, root cause analysis, and authoring technical artifacts • 3+ years of experience using Git for branching/merging, code reviews, and pull requests • 2+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform applications • U.S. Citizen • Work authorization in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
