📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Configure and test HRSD and EC Pro modules • Gather requirements, identify solution options, and recommend best practices with team members • Customize and enhance platform features using scripting, configuration, and UI development • Participate in design discussions to ensure consistent architecture and solution integrity • Stay informed of ServiceNow updates and industry best practices • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HRSD and EC Pro • Strong capabilities in configuration, testing, design, and development within ServiceNow • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders • Proven experience designing and deploying high-quality ServiceNow solutions • US Citizenship required • Must be eligible to obtain a government secret clearance • Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
