📋 Description

• Support operations of the Subcontract Management & Procurement Shared Services team • Perform transactional functions supporting third-party services • Work in various systems with emphasis on first-time accuracy, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks within established parameters • Report directly to a team lead and work in a team environment • Use SM&P templates to compile or create compliance documentation required by federal regulation for purchase control records, including SAM.gov checks, representations and certifications, subcontract task orders, and modifications • Manage work queues to meet SLAs • Complete tasks within time objectives while working with internal teams and external suppliers • Cultivate business relationships within customer and supplier organizations • Troubleshoot problems and escalate concerns when roadblocks are encountered

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Detailed-oriented and organized • Flexible • Ability to learn new systems and manage data • Ability to set priorities and de-conflict multiple demands • Ability to apply sound business judgment • Knowledge of Federal procurement and contracting, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliance and requirements • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
