📋 Description

• Lead solution design and architecture of the enterprise Documentum solution • Conduct requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders • Develop technical roadmaps and implementation plans • Configure and deploy Documentum components, including Content Server, D2, xCP, and Webtop • Integrate Documentum with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM using APIs and middleware • Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and secure access controls • Design and develop custom workflows, templates, and applications • Implement custom solutions using Java, DQL, DFS/REST APIs, and applicable frameworks • Collaborate with developers on custom Documentum modules and components • Troubleshoot, tune performance, and resolve issues • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and technical specifications • Monitor system health and perform upgrades, patches, and configuration updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Documentum products, including Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop, or related components • Strong understanding of enterprise content management principles and best practices • Familiarity with database management systems such as Oracle and SQL Server • Familiarity with application servers such as WebLogic and JBoss • Experience with system integration, APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Knowledge of records management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in ECM solutions • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to work primarily offsite from home • May be expected to travel to the Santa Isabel site as needed • May be required to attend select interview steps in person
