📋 Description

• Support Federal EHR Modernization program activities • Serve as knowledgeable system support for clinical and operational users • Assist in coordinating approved configuration changes in the PATH EHR system • Maintain accurate records of all executed configuration changes for potential government audits • Work with cross-functional and organizational partners to manage change within PATH EHR • Help maintain system stability, usability, data integrity, and reliable change execution • Support ServiceNow change requests and incident resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects, including performance reporting and system setup • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio • Extensive understanding of the PATH (Oracle Cerner Millennium) EHR system • Experience with ServiceNow incident triage, management, and incident resolution • Training, education, or experience in task coordination • Functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance • Ability to travel up to 25% • US citizenship is not required • No current clearance required • SSBI (T5) public trust/other requirement
