📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and product owners to understand user requirements and acceptance criteria • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for Sardine’s product, including the dashboard, APIs, and mobile SDKs • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure resolution before release • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sardine to predict, test, and prevent product issues • Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry best practices • Perform root cause analysis on defects or system failures affecting application performance or stability • Maintain documentation of test cases, test scripts, test results, and QA reports according to QA standards • Provide technical support during release management cycles • Assist in troubleshooting deployment issues within cloud environments such as GCP or AWS

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a user acceptance or functional testing role at banks/fintechs • Experience supporting B2B SaaS products and/or working with banking infrastructure • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure • Proficiency with SQL (joins, queries across multiple tables) • Understanding of REST API and use of tools like Postman • Ability to write Eval for AI Products • Ability to write structured test plans, along with step-by-step manual test scripts • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including functional testing, performance testing, automation testing, API testing, and user acceptance testing • Strong communication skills to document findings clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Bonus: Prior experience performing testing in systems used by banks or governments
