📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical advice, counsel, and expertise supporting sales of networked printing devices, associated software/servers, and professional and consulting services • Provide technical support in sales presentations, customer trainings, and professional services delivery • Work with sales teams to evaluate prospective customers, develop account strategy, and identify enterprise printing application solutions • Participate in sales calls • Participate in on-site customer visits for meetings, surveys, and inspections • Advise customer IT staff as a technical advisor • Collaborate on RFP responses • Provide ongoing project management support for complex solution architecture and implementation projects • Collaborate on product and product application installation and integration • Generate professional services revenue independent of equipment and software sales • Conduct customer training classes • Provide installation and integration direction for advanced Color Solutions • Provide post-sales 24/7 after-hours support and implementation services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required • 3 to 5 years of related experience • Relevant business experience relating to printing pre-sales/post-sales support in Large Format, office, and production environments • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Quark XPress, and/or other standard color composition and management tools and respective file formats (JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PDF) • Ability to use and operate PostScript/PDF file handling tools, including Acrobat Pro Distiller • Extensive travel, up to 70%, with overnight stays • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Certain minimum auto insurance coverages required • Certified Color Management Professional Master certification • Additional Datastream knowledge—AFP, VIPP, PPML, and LCDS/Metacode—a plus • Understanding of complex systems solutions, integration, and networking in Windows, UNIX, and Macintosh environments • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must reside in the United States at the time of hire • Visa sponsorship is not available
