📋 Description

• Gather and analyze working group data • Identify current processes and areas for improvement • Research best practices and document functional requirements for the software development team • Partner with the Pricing team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new CPQ system • Translate complex pricing logic into detailed functional requirements for developers • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/software engineering teams • Work with developers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure accurate implementation • Validate delivered functionality through testing, QA support, and SME testing • Maintain documentation of pricing logic, workflows, and system behavior within the CPQ platform • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system capabilities • Support ongoing enhancements, defect triage, and prioritization of backlog items • Manage stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues to senior roles • Communicate effectively with business subject matter experts and delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience required • ISEB qualified Business Analyst preferred • 3–7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst • Experience working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, or KANBAN • Experience working with CPQ tools, including custom-built platforms or Salesforce CPQ and Oracle CPQ • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, discounting, or revenue management concepts • Proven ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements • Experience writing functional requirements documents • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
