📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional, systems-driven People Technology initiatives • Own end-to-end delivery for defined projects • Translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements • Ensure solutions are adopted by users • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders to map current processes and document requirements • Run project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Workday, Greenhouse, and other People Technology systems • Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability • Produce concise user guides and launch communications • Deliver status updates on progress, decisions, and milestones • Provide configuration and troubleshooting support with a focus on accuracy and auditability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role • Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills • Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship • Must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment
