📋 Description

• Serve as the primary functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Lead design, configuration, testing, implementation, support, upgrades, and optimization of D365 Finance modules • Analyze and improve financial business processes across the organization • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed enhancements • Advise on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, ExFlow, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Treasury Automation, Financial Dimensions, Budgeting and Forecasting, Project Accounting, Cost Management, Revenue Recognition, Expense Management, Procurement and Vendor Management, and Financial Reporting and Analytics • Lead workshops and functional design sessions • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs • Collaborate with technical resources on integrations, workflows, reports, and extensions • Develop and execute testing strategies; coordinate user acceptance testing and issue resolution • Provide production support and participate in escalation processes • Maintain application documentation, process diagrams, and support procedures • Support financial data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, Power BI reporting, and financial dashboards • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, HR, and IT • Mentor Business Systems Analysts and other team members • Advise stakeholders and influence enterprise application and business process decisions • Support information security controls, audits, governance, testing, and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science or related degree strongly preferred • 8+ years experience in analyzing business and system requirements to design and implement enterprise business applications and solutions • 8+ years' experience with D365 Finance & Operations, specifically GL, AP, AR, Cost Management, and Project Management modules • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions • Strong process improvement and business process reengineering experience • Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strong project management and organizational abilities • Experience working within Agile and hybrid project environments • Experience utilizing Agile methodologies for Azure DevOps preferred • Experience with professional services and/or the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry preferred • Microsoft Office
