📋 Description

• Support the VA customer’s migration to the cloud as a senior business process analyst • Lead continuous process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measurement engagements • Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics • Conduct current-state, gap, benchmarking, best-practices, and organizational assessments • Plan and implement future-state designs, change management, and transition planning • Interface with customers, computer services, and client services • Oversee quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures for compliance and performance • Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to align strategy, manage portfolios, improve collaboration, and accelerate value delivery • Interpret policies, regulatory and governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance • Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements • Conduct client interviews • Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control when needed • Perform cost-benefit analysis when needed • Provide technical solutions to difficult problems and represent the organization with customers • Lead and contribute to specific programs and projects with autonomy and general direction

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree and ten (10) years or more experience required • Degree in Engineering or related scientific or technical discipline required • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, business processes, and workflows • Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams • Experience with business modeling techniques and tools such as UML and BPMN • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar documentation tools • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools • Understanding of database concepts and basic querying • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, presentation, documentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to translate technical information into business language • Experience facilitating workshops and meetings • Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make sound decisions • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior analysts and team members • Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional project teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and tasks and meet deadlines • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices • Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions meeting business objectives • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning • Willingness to pursue ongoing education and relevant certifications • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments
