📋 Description

• Manage new business implementations end-to-end after verbal award • Maintain communication throughout projects to meet customer expectations • Plan, lead, organize, and control multiple project initiatives according to approved scope and schedule • Engage Sales, Solutions, and Operations to validate business scope, contract documents, technical specifications, data analytics, and technology selection • Build engineering structures that scale with company strategy and define implementation-team roles and responsibilities • Apply Operational Excellence principles related to Labor Management Systems, Workforce Optimization, and Performance Coaching & Observation • Translate business requirements into scalable designs and manage change control throughout the project lifecycle • Implement complex business requirements using varied tools and technologies • Make first-line business decisions, develop ramp-up plans and schedules, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans • Direct cross-functional implementation pods and support teams • Advise customers on deploying products in their environments • Sign off on and test Standard Operating Procedures with IT • Ensure smooth transition to operations after go-live and ramp-up • Interact with customer representatives from senior operations through warehouse operations and end-users • Collaborate with customer and operations leadership to ensure process adherence • Work with project managers to identify potential issues and risks • Create documentation for transition from implementation to post-implementation support • Assess industry trends and recommend improvements within the Engineering function • Support Quality Driven Management techniques and analysis-driven decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience • Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Experience managing others including contractors and suppliers • Customer service driven • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
